Estos ejercicios est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para preparar todos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estudiantes y adultos para reaccionar r\u00e1pidamente y de manera ordenada y segura durante el inicio de una emergencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basado en las recomendaciones de todas las principales agencias de gesti\u00f3n de crisis y en<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">consulta con nuestros ingenieros estructurales, estamos instruyendo a los estudiantes a seguir el<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procedimiento &quot;Ag\u00e1chate, C\u00fabrete y Ag\u00e1rrate&quot; mientras est\u00e1s en la escuela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de un estudio del terreno sobre el que est\u00e1 construida la escuela, y de acuerdo con<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con lo que dicen las principales agencias de gesti\u00f3n de crisis, es m\u00e1s probable que las lesiones<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ocurren durante un terremoto por la ca\u00edda de objetos a su alrededor en lugar de por un<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">derrumbe total del edificio. Sin embargo, instamos a que para las respuestas en el hogar, usted<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">determine lo que es m\u00e1s apropiado en base a su entorno, estudios de terreno, tipos de construcci\u00f3n, entre otros factores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>PROCEDIMIENTOS DE CA\u00cdDA, CUBIERTA Y SUJECI\u00d3N<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.earthquakecountry.org\/dropcoverholdon\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prot\u00e9jase durante un terremoto... \u00a1Ag\u00e1chese, c\u00fabrase y suj\u00e9tese!\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>SOLTAR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ap\u00f3yate sobre tus manos y rodillas (antes de que los terremotos te derriben). Esta posici\u00f3n lo protege de ca\u00eddas pero le permite moverse si es necesario.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>CUBRIR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> su cabeza y cuello (y todo su cuerpo si es posible) debajo de una mesa o escritorio resistente. Si no hay un refugio cerca, solo entonces debes agacharte cerca de una pared interior (o junto a un mueble bajo que no te caiga encima) y cubrirte la cabeza y el cuello con los brazos y las manos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>ESPERAR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a su refugio (o a su cabeza y cuello) hasta que cese el temblor. Est\u00e9 preparado para moverse con su refugio si el temblor lo cambia de lugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que sea seguro moverse, se les indicar\u00e1 a los estudiantes que evacuen el edificio usando el<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rutas que han sido estudiadas y practicadas.
