Ashton School is centered on inspiring minds and transforming hearts, by providing challenging academic programs shaped by international and national standards, biblical principles, physical and cultural experiences, so students integrate academic knowledge and skills with wisdom, respect, and love for God and others. We do not require our students to be affiliated with any specific Christian denomination, thus the Ashton teacher is likely to be the prime role model of what it means to be a follower of Christ and convey a biblical worldview for his/her students. Our staff recognizes, values, and lovingly exemplifies the fact that we are all educators, whether serving in the classrooms or greeting visitors at the front door.
For teachers who move from their permanent place of residence abroad for the sole and exclusive purpose of coming to work at Ashton School, a compensation package suitable for living expenses and savings potential in the Dominican Republic is provided along with shared housing, one round airfare, medical insurance, and reimbursement for work visa expenses. Details about these benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
