Return Policy

In case of exchanges or returns, it is essential to present the original purchase receipt, within 7 days of the purchase. You will be issued a credit note to be used in store. The credit note will be valid for 360 days, if the change is made in a month other than the billing, the itbis is lost in compliance with the DGII guidelines.
